Jerry Kohlrus Broker Associate

A licensed broker associate in Oklahoma and Kansas, Jerry Kohlrus made Alva home for his family in 1986. Prior to his career in real estate, he served the community as an emergency medical technician, ambulance director for ten years and Woods County Reserve Deputy for fifteen years. Jerry was also president of the Alva Chamber for two years and member of the Alva City Council for eight years. He was an active member of the Alva Jaycees until the group disbanded. At which point, he became an active member in Alva Rotary. Mr. Kohlrus established Kohlrus Real Estate in 1997 and served as managing broker until 2008 when Aleta assumed the role as managing broker. Jerry enjoys hunting and fishing. These moments are a treasure as he now shares his love of the outdoors with his grandkids.
