Neal has been serving the needs of Northwest Oklahoma since 1993 focusing primarily on commercial properties. He served as the local chamber director then moved on to promoting the Northwest quadrant of Oklahoma as the Regional Economic Development Specialist for the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, which helped expand his knowledge of the terms desired for business recruitment and expansion. Neal works with major corporations as well as start-up businesses and true entrepreneurs. As a former business owner himself, he understands the importance of location, logistics, and infrastructure demands and how to take those into consideration while assisting in obtaining the necessary real estate to make business succeed. Neal with his wife, Sonja, combined families to enjoy five children and ten grandchildren. They spend a great deal of their spare time with family and also enjoy golfing.
