Aleta Kohlrus has made Alva home since 1986, raising her family in and supporting the Alva Independent School District, serving as a member and past board president. Prior to a full time career in real estate in 1997, Aleta served this community as an entrepreneur in cosmetology, building her business and developing relationships with members of the community. In 2008, Aleta became managing broker of Untied Country/Kohlrus Real Estate LLC, with a focus to develop a team of real estate agents specializing in customer service and providing excellence in all phases of the real estate transaction, residential, commercial and land. Jerry Kohlrus Broker Associate

A licensed broker associate in Oklahoma and Kansas, Jerry Kohlrus made Alva home for his family in 1986. Prior to his career in real estate, he served the community as an emergency medical technician, ambulance director for ten years and Woods County Reserve Deputy for fifteen years. Jerry was also president of the Alva Chamber for two years and member of the Alva City Council for eight years. He was an active member of the Alva Jaycees until the group disbanded. At which point, he became an active member in Alva Rotary. Mr. Kohlrus established Kohlrus Real Estate in 1997 and served as managing broker until 2008 when Aleta assumed the role as managing broker. Jerry enjoys hunting and fishing. These moments are a treasure as he now shares his love of the outdoors with his grandkids.

Staci Davey Sales Associate

Staci is a native of Woods County and has lived in the Alva and Freedom areas all of her life, except for a few years spent in west Texas. She has worked in customer relations for over 20 years and has strong communication and land title skills she brings to the company. Her extensive business experience assures that service will always meet expectations with consistent standards. Staci takes a personal interest in the success of her clients’ understanding that long term relationships are more important than a single transaction. Staci joined United Country/Kohlrus Real Estate in 2006. She specializes in the marketing and selling of residential, land, farm or ranch and hunting properties (large or small). She and her husband, Bryan, reside in rural Woods County with their yellow lab, Jewel. They enjoy spoiling their two grandsons, Jaxen and Carson. When it’s time to unwind, Staci heads west to the Rocky Mountains, where 4-wheeling is the main activity. Rachel Spellman-Hughes Sales Associate

Rachel Spellman-Hughes is an alumna of Alva High School and Northwestern Oklahoma State University. She is a Sales Associate on the Real Estate team for  United Country Kohlrus Prior to entering real estate, Rachel was special events coordinator at Northwestern Oklahoma State University, human resource director and administrative assistant at Share Medical Center and served in various positions for the Alva Independent School District, gaining valuable public relations experience in each capacity. Rachel is the epitome of energy, integrity, creativity, hard work and is passionate about giving back to her community. She is involved in many social organizations including: Nescatunga Arts and Humanities Council, P.E.O., Electric Gold Booster Club and Alva Recreation Complex Board. Randon Miller Sales Associate

Alva native, Randon Miller, brings over eighteen years of personal investment property and managerial knowledge to the real estate team. Randon represents the honest, friendly professionalism that people have come to expect. He also served as a law enforcement officer for the City of Alva for one year and the City of Enid for eight years. Randon is a family oriented man with a devotion to God, his wife Kristi, and their six amazing children. Together with his wife, they served in youth ministry for 17 years, operating a youth camp. Neal Williams Broker Associate

Neal has been serving the needs of Northwest Oklahoma since 1993 focusing primarily on commercial properties. He served as the local chamber director then moved on to promoting the Northwest quadrant of Oklahoma as the Regional Economic Development Specialist for the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, which helped expand his knowledge of the terms desired for business recruitment and expansion. Neal works with major corporations as well as start-up businesses and true entrepreneurs. As a former business owner himself, he understands the importance of location, logistics, and infrastructure demands and how to take those into consideration while assisting in obtaining the necessary real estate to make business succeed. Neal with his wife, Sonja, combined families to enjoy five children and ten grandchildren. They spend a great deal of their spare time with family and also enjoy golfing.

Brooke Bollman Sales Associate

Brooke (Murphy) Bollman was raised in Kiowa, Kansas, right along the Oklahoma border. Her ever-growing love of the real estate industry originated when she moved to Alva, OK for college and began working as the Office Manager at Kohlrus Real Estate. It did not take Brooke long to realize she wanted to become an agent. At a young age, Brooke obtained her Oklahoma Real Estate license and has since received her Kansas Real Estate license.

Brooke later earned her B.S. in Accounting from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. She and her husband, Jared, now reside with their daughter, Brenlee, near Wakita, Oklahoma where they own and operate a farm, ranch, and ag business. Brooke is also the Director of Finance for the Sumner County District Hospital in Caldwell, KS.
