Aleta Kohlrus has made Alva home since 1986, raising her family in and supporting the Alva Independent School District, serving as a member and past board president. Prior to a full time career in real estate in 1997, Aleta served this community as an entrepreneur in cosmetology, building her business and developing relationships with members of the community. In 2008, Aleta became managing broker of Untied Country/Kohlrus Real Estate LLC, with a focus to develop a team of real estate agents specializing in customer service and providing excellence in all phases of the real estate transaction, residential, commercial and land.
